Q1. What Is VOKALZ?
  • VOKALZ is a social networking platform dedicated to enabling brilliant content creators, by providing an innovative and exciting way to be valued and appreciated.
Q2. What Content Can I Share On VOKALZ?
  • VOKALZ gives you the opportunity to share your creative videos and images. Showcase your brilliant creativity which will be rewarded by other community members.
  • It is important that you own your content.
  • Your content should be appropriate for a wide audience, mindful and respects diversity and inclusion.
  • At VOKALZ, we do not tolerate discrimination, illegal, infringing, offensive, political, defamatory, or violation of the rights of others.
  • VOKALZ reserves the right to remove or disable any content that violates these terms.
Q3. Who Can Be A VOKALZ Community Member?
  • Everyone! However, you must be 16 years and above to welcome your talent and creativity on VOKALZ
Q4. Content Upload
  • Locate the “+” button at the top right, and click.
  • Upload your video or image.
  • Choose the relevant category. This step is essential to smoothen our community members’ surfing experience.
  • Add your message, tag and hashtags.
  • Click “Submit”.
Q5. Content Deletion
  • You can delete your content if it has not been VOKALed.
  • Once content is VOKALed, it is automatically categorized as winning content and you will not be able to delete it, to enable VOKALZ to properly publish your winnings and later, if truly lucky, be in our Hall of Fame.
Q6. The Yellow VOKAL Button
  • This is the essence of our platform!
  • VOKALZ is dedicated to enabling and rewarding brilliant content creators.
  • Likewise, community members’ engagement and appreciation are valuable to the creative content’s success.
  • That’s why the VOKALZ Community will earn a share of this appreciation, simply by engaging with their favourite content, such as VOKALing, commenting, sharing, and liking.
Q7. VOKAL A Post
  • VOKALing a post means that you are contributing the amount of USD 2/- to the content creator. AND… you might have a chance to be part of the creator’s winning journey.
  • Click on the yellow VOKAL button and follow the on-screen instructions.
Q8. Get VOKALed
  • Every community member is a creative content creator.
  • You can VOKAL others’ content, and our community members can VOKAL yours.
  • It is a two-way street.
  • Just make sure your content is unique, creative, and relevant to attract our community members
Q9. How Many Times Can I VOKAL A Post?
  • Only 1 time! We need to give equal opportunity for all our community members to be rewarded for their support.
Q10. How Many Times Can My Post Be VOKALed?
  • If your content is unique, our community members will support all your hard work!
  • Your content can be VOKALed limitlessly.
Q11. VOKAL Duration
  • Once a post is published, a countdown timer of 7 days is automatically activated to enable VOKALing this post.
  • After the 7 days, the post’s timer will stop, the VOKAL option is no longer active, and the VOKAL button is turned off.
  • At this stage, the content has generated community members’ contributions that will be shared with the content creator and the Top 3 VOKALZ Heroes who supported it alike.
  • The content is now at the Winning Stage.
Q12. Increase Winning Chances
  • Engage with your favorite content: VOKAL a post as a first step, comment, share, and like.
  • The higher your engagement, the higher your chance of winning.
Q13. Community Contributions Distribution
  • Each winning content’s contribution will be distributed among the content creator, and the top 3 VOKALZ Heroes based on their level of engagement.
Q14. Become A VOKALZ Hero
  • Simply by engaging with your favorite content, such as VOKALing as a first step, commenting, sharing, and liking.
  • The higher your engagement, the higher the chance of being one of the top 3 VOKALZ Heroes.
  • Once the 3 supporters’ threshold is crossed, the selection of the VOKALZ Heroes starts. So, make sure you share and invite your community to be part of this support journey.
Q15. Wallet Top UP
  • Click on the Wallet button and follow the on-screen instructions.
  • Click on “Add Credit”.
  • Choose the amount you want to add.
  • Remember that to VOKAL a content, you need a minimum of USD 2/- in your wallet.
  • Choose your preferred method of transaction (PayPal, Credit or Debit Card, Apple Pay).
  • Once done, your added Credit will reflect in your Wallet Balance, and you are good to go!
Q16. Withdraw Credit
  • Click on the Wallet button and follow the on-screen instructions.
  • Click on “Withdraw Credit”.
  • Choose the amount you want to withdraw.
  • Remember that the minimum amount to withdraw is USD 200/-
  • Add your banking details to enable us to transfer your winnings.
  • Withdrawals will be done after 15 business days via wire transfer into your bank account.
Q17. Wallet Terms, Transactions & Fees
  • Your top-up transactions on VOKALZ can be done via PayPal, Debit Cards, Credit Cards or Apple Pay.
  • Pay attention to the details of the top-up transaction because you will be liable and responsible to all taxes, fees, and exchange/conversion fees.
  • Your withdrawal transactions on VOKALZ can be done via bank transfer.
  • Withdrawals are allowed for a minimum amount of USD 200/- per transaction.

  • Withdrawals will be done after the period of 15 business days via wire transfer into your bank account.
  • When you provide a payment credential to us, you confirm that you are permitted to use that payment credential. When you engage in a transaction, you also authorize us to collect and store that payment credential, along with other related transaction information.
  • If your transaction results in an overdraft or other fee from your card issuer due to going over your credit limit or having insufficient funds in your account, your card issuer may charge you a fee, and you alone are responsible for that fee.
  • If at some point we do not support your preferred method of transaction, you can opt for a different type of payment (such as credit or debit card, PayPal, or mobile operator billing).
  • To prevent financial loss to you or to us, we might contact your payment credential issuer, law enforcement, or affected third parties (including other community members) and share details of any transactions you are associated with if we believe doing so may prevent financial loss or a violation of law.
Q18. Posts, I VOKALED And MY VOKALED
  • Posts are all the content that you share on VOKALZ.
  • I VOKALED is the content that you have appreciated and contributed to the success of other content creators, which gives you the chance to become a VOKALZ Hero.
  • MY VOKALED is the content that our community members have loved and contributed to your own success by VOKALing it.
Q19. Categories & Search
  • VOKALZ has defined 12 categories that will enhance your community experience.
  • When you upload your content, make sure that you choose a relevant category that perfectly represents your content. This step is essential to smoothen our community members’ experience.
  • You can discover our categories in the “Search” section in the footer.
  • The “Search” also allows you to search for relevant community members, hashtags, and topics that you are interested in.
Q20. Hall Of Fame
  • You will notice a winning badge on the right side of the side bar of VOKALZ.
  • Once you click on it, it will take you to our Hall of Fame
  • The Hall of Fame will detail our Weekly, Monthly, Quarterly and Yearly Winners.
Q21. Direct Messaging
  • Direct Messaging is a great way to communicate with your followers, friends, and other community members.
  • You can share content with them, even share your own profile and other members’ profiles and content too, or simply exchange messages and images with them.
Q22. Content Sharing
  • Sharing is our engagement pillar at VOKALZ.
  • You can share within the app via Direct Messaging, or outside VOKALZ to other social platforms, SMS messages, links sharing and many more…
Q23. Safety
  • Use a strong and unique password.
  • Be cautious about the personal information you share publicly.
  • Be careful when following people that you don’t know personally.
  • Be mindful of the content you post and share, considering the potential long-term consequences.
  • Report and block people who engage in harassing or abusive behavior.
  • Regularly review and update your privacy and security settings as needed.
Q24. Reporting And Blocking
  • If you notice that a member is sharing offensive content, you can either report the content or the member.
  • Once reported, our VOKALZ team will review the content and evaluate for further steps.
  • If you do not wish to report, you can simply block the members and they will no longer be visible in your feed.
  • You can unblock the blocked members from their profile.

Q26. Account Deletion
  • You have the option to permanently delete your account.
  • Once deleted, your account will not be recovered and will be permanently removed.
  • Your images, posts, videos, and all related information will be permanently deleted.
  • You can delete your account from the Settings page, Edit Profile Section.
